Wild and yet captivating, “Les Lauves” (Cézannes’s art studio) comes from Syrah vines grown on the granitic slopes of the Saint-Joseph appellation. This wine is dense, it has a full-bodied structure with intense aromas of spices and violets. It pairs beautifully with a roast beef, a lamb or venison.
