Blend of Grechetto & Viognier, is a clear golden yellow wine that embodies Lazio’s volcanic terroir with complexity and elegance. It offers mineral undertones with refined aromas of white peach, medlar, fresh almond, flint, and gentian flower. The palate is balanced, soft, and piquant, featuring Bartlett pear, white peach, toasted almond, and a hint of ginger, supported by bright Mediterranean acidity. Aged ‘sur lies’ in 10-hectoliter oak and chestnut barrels, it gains depth and roundness.
