"The 2019 Tardieu-Laurent Bandol is a red wine primarily composed of Mourvèdre, sourced from 50-year-old vines rooted in clay and limestone soils in the Le Castellet area of Bandol. This vintage presents a robust bouquet of dark fruits, such as blackberries and plums, intertwined with earthy notes of forest floor and subtle hints of herbs. On the palate, it delivers a full-bodied experience with well-structured tannins and flavors of ripe black fruits, complemented by nuances of spice and a touch of minerality. The wine's balanced acidity and depth suggest excellent aging potential, while its complex profile makes it enjoyable in its youth."
